We stayed here unfortunately for only one night but everything was fantastic. A short walk to the bus station for Machu Picchu, and the bus will let you off... read more right in front of the hotel if you ask. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Situated right along the river the sound of the water lulls you right to sleep. We had dinner, breakfast and lunch here and everything was fabulous. The service is great and all the staff are friendly and ready to help at a moments notice. They readily gave us a late checkout when requested and also helped us with dinner reservations in Lima. Definitely highly recommend. More
When we got to Machu Picchu, we actually drove past the hotel and I thought it was a lovely Condo. After a short tour of Machu Picchu, we drove... read more back and stopped in front of the place. What a nice surprise that it turned out to be our hotel! The lobby is beautiful, the staff so friendly. We were greeted with a cool, refreshing drink and some sort of little appetizer. After going to the room, which was spacious and well appointed, and looking out over a river, and freshening up a bit, we went down to the lobby bar and were treated to a Pisco Sour, (a locally made alcoholic beverage) and home made potato chips. For supper, we were served what my friend called the best cerviche she has ever had and Mediterranean pasta. The service and amenities were outstanding, the location and proximity to Machu Picchu are by far perfect.
